Lincoln County is eighteen and over, English speaking, and voice required. You need a working microphone and recording software running. If you cannot provide footage of an incident, do not expect a report to go your way.

Staff decisions are final unless you open a ticket for review. Rules change as the county grows, and changes are announced in Discord.

The Penal Code

Common Questions

How do I appeal a ban?

A county ban also bans you from the Discord, so appeals are filed right here on the website with the form below. It goes straight to the owners.

Have your Ban ID ready. It is shown on the load screen when you try to connect, in the form XXXX-XXXX. Do not appeal through direct messages or alternate accounts, that counts as ban evasion.

How do I report another player?

Ticket in Discord with your footage, two to five minutes showing the context. You are responsible for recording your own gameplay, which is why recording software is required.

Knowingly false reports, altered evidence, or leaving out context is punishable on its own.

When does the county restart?

Four times a day, called storms in county: 5:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM Mountain. You get warnings before each one.

No new crime starts within 30 minutes of a storm, no bank robberies within 45, and no crime at all for 15 minutes after the county comes back up.

Do I get anything in county for buying from the store?

Nothing that touches your character. No money, gear, horses or land. Supporter tiers are a Discord role and queue priority, nothing more.

Can I run a business, a ranch, or a gang?

Yes. All of them register through a ticket. One registered owner per business, no hidden ownership through alts, employees or family. Gangs and tribes cap at ten members and three prospects.

I am brand new. Can I be robbed straight away?

No. New players have a four hour safety net against crime so you can get a stance in the county.
